If there is any kind of damage to the hood due to manufacturer’s fault, send us back your hood and we will fix it if possible or send you a new one for 50% off. All we ask is that you cover shipping.

For any rhinestones lost, send us back the hood and we will replace them for you for free. You just need to pay for the shipping.

If you order a custom hood and it does not fit correctly, return the hood and cover shipping costs and we will make you a new one in the correct size. The hood sent back will be sold in our store, so your only compromise is losing it being one of kind.

If you lose your chain or it breaks we will ship you a new one for $5.
